Customers can request a return within 15 days after the item is delivered. Any requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

* Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
* For damaged or defective items, a photo or video must be provided to start the return process.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Opened pet food or pet hygiene products.
* Customized or personalized furniture.
* Items damaged due to improper customer use or assembly.
- Return Procedure

- Return Shipping Costs & Methods
* Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
* Return Label: We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for buyers’ remorse. You must use a trackable shipping service to return the item.
- Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) on returned items.
- Refund Process & Timeline
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
