2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping.
3. Order Processing & Transit Times
Our goal is to deliver your kitchen and household products as quickly as possible.
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately at info@crucialmart.com.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
